(students must be in at least their 2nd year of playing)

As of the 2019-2020 school year, the structure of the
Elementary Band and Orchestra Fests has been changed.
There will still be two fests, however,
the Elementary Band and Orchestra Fest East
will now absorb the elementary string players from the West Fest.

String Orchestra Fest - East and West
(Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe,, Northampton, Pike, Schuylkill)
